One-to-One Coaching for Executives, Directors and Managers
I work one-to-one with executives, directors and managers who are faced with leadership and professional challenges. I work with a wide range of companies and offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual. In a supportive atmosphere, I help them attain the professional and personal growth they're striving for, leading to increased productivity, satisfaction, commitment and well-being. By drawing on an extensive expertise derived from working across a wide range of sectors and combining it with my unique coaching methodology, tools and frameworks they will see the results they want to see.
Programs typically extend over six to twelve months and commence with an intake. The intake is a two hour session with the coach, coachee, the coachee's director/manager and an HR professional, where the major issues and challenges are discussed. In the next session, the coaching objectives are further refined. The remaining sessions are structured towards maximizing the opportunities for utilizing potential towards agreed goals.
After an agreed number of sessions, the coaching outcomes are reviewed. Later there may be a new 'chunk' which commences when action and learning have been completed based on the previous program.
Coaching sessions can be organized at your office or at my home office. To manage time constraints, coachings can be done via Skype or telephone.
Assessment tools are used with discretion.
Intensive 1/2-day coaching
I understand that investing in a long-term coaching is a stretch. That's why I offer a 1/2 day coaching dealing with a leadership behavior that you are struggling with like p.e. delegating, giving feedback, building a team, thinking strategically, listening, being empathic and so forth.
The result of this coaching session will be an action plan that you can implement IMMEDIATELY.
After 1 month a follow-up phone or skype coaching will be planned to discuss your progress.
In the business context of considerable change and uncertainty, it is crucial to motivate and manage teams for success. Team coaching enables a team to function as more than a sum of its parts by clarifying what the team is there to do and by improving the relationships both within the team and between the team and its external environment.
High-performing teams don't happen by accident. There are no quick fixes.
Every team coaching program starts with a team assessment to determine "where the team is today" and "where the team wants to be", including an action plan with measurement milestones. The assessment tools I use are developed by Team Coaching International (Team Diagnostic, Team Leader View, Organization View and Team 360 View). However, other assessment tools can be used.
Regularly, team coaching sessions are scheduled to integrate new team behavior, learn new skills and take new action.
The completion includes a review of what the team has learned, post-coaching measurement of performance and a plan for next steps.
